Our 5th Annual Fall Festival & 5K Run/Walk
Join us Saturday, October 28th for this exciting event for the whole family. Our 5K run/walk registration opens at 8:00 AM with the race starting promptly at 9:00 AM. Fall Festival activities start at 10:00 AM and go until 2:00 PM. There will be a variety of games, candy, inflatables, archery, pumpkin launching, balloon animals, face painting, a costume contest, a bonfire to roast s’mores, a bake sale and a silent auction. The pulled pork BBQ will be ready between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM and may be picked up at your appointed time, appointments will be assigned as lunch registrations come in.
Every runner and walker will receive a 2023 Fall Festival 5K shirt, a pumpkin for finishing the race, water and snacks after the race, and a pulled pork BBQ meal.

Interested in sponsoring a runner or walker?
Help us build a gym by sponsoring a runner or walker. Our runners/walkers are seeking individuals to sponsor them as they train for and participate in this 5K run/walk. If you are interested in supporting a runner/walker in this way you may contact them directly or feel free to contact us. Last year we awarded several individuals with great prizes for the donations they turned in. If you would prefer to simply give a donation towards this fundraiser event, please click the button below. All donations are tax deductible and we will send out receipts to all businesses and individuals that donate.
MMMMMM….mouth watering BBQ slow-smoked over Applewood, coleslaw, baked beans, mac n’ cheese, and a roll.
When you register online, you may select your BBQ meal pick up time. For runners/walkers, pick up time is from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM. For non-runners/walkers, BBQ meal pick up will be from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

Highlights from our 2022 festival and run/walk
In 2022 we hosted our 4th annual Fall Festival run/walk. God blessed us with a beautiful fall day and an amazing turnout. We had over 50 runners and walkers come out to participate in an invigorating morning run/walk. Then, our campus was full of friends and family enjoying fun activities, amazing food, a beautiful view and wonderful fellowship. We look forward to the opportunity to host this wonderful family event again this fall.
Cancelation Policy:
If the event is canceled, or if you are unable to make it, you will still receive your shirt and bib, and may come by to pick up the pulled pork BBQ meal that day. Please plan on picking these up at your appointed BBQ meal pick up time. That being said, there are no refunds once registered and paid.
